I know it’s probably not meant to be some heavy-duty premium thing, but the bowl latch got loose quickly and that was disappointing. I was expecting it to feel a bit more solid for the price

Meh. They took a while to get back to me, which was a bit frustrating, but they did eventually help me sort things out.

I like it enough, but the daily cleaning is kind of a pain. There are a few parts that are just annoying to deal with, and it ends up taking longer than I expected... not the end of the world, but still.

I’ve found this useful for everyday kitchen stuff, especially when I don’t want to drag out multiple tools. It handles a bunch of jobs well enough for my needs, so I’d say it’s a solid multitasker. The only thing that bugs me a little is switching the parts around, it’s not terrible, just slightly annoying when I’m in the middle of cooking. Overall, I’m glad I have it, but I wouldn’t call it totally seamless

I paid way too much for this, i’m already annoyed. It barely does enough to justify the price, and I don’t have the patience to keep messing with something that feels this underwhelming.

I was expecting it to struggle like some of our previous equipment, but surprisingly, it handles the lunch rush just fine. The capacity is big enough that we’re not constantly refilling it, and the output is fast, which is nice because apparently people all want lunch at the exact same time.

But once they responded, everything was straightforward and they got it handled without making it a big hassle. Overall, happy with how it turned out.

I didn’t really have the energy to keep checking or reach out to anyone again. It wasn’t a bad experience, just one of those deliveries that makes you sigh and move on. Average overall.

I was checking out Robot Coupe because I was kind of interested in getting a food processor, but the safety info on the site just felt a little light to me.
Things like the blade lock, lid sensor, overload protection, and that sort of stuff should be easy to spot and compare. I ended up clicking around more than I expected, and I still didn’t really feel like I had a clear answer.
For kitchen equipment that costs this much, I’d want the safety details laid out more clearly before buying. The machines might be totally fine, but the website didn’t exactly make me feel confident.

I really expected this machine to be more consistent. Some batches come out totally fine, and then the next one has uneven pieces even though I haven’t changed any settings. It still gets the job done, but for the price I thought it would be a little more reliable. What makes it more frustrating is that there are already too many steps to get everything set up and running, so when the cuts still come out uneven after all that, it gets annoying quickly.
